EPEAT COMPLIANCE COMMITMENT

Trinity NextStep will ensure that any electronic hardware procured as ancillary equipment under Polaris task orders is EPEAT-registered at the Bronze level or higher, in accordance with Section G.7 and applicable federal sustainability requirements.

Compliant Procurement

All ancillary electronic hardware will be verified as EPEAT-registered (Bronze or higher) prior to purchase.

Energy Efficiency Standards

Applicable products will meet federal energy-efficiency requirements, including ENERGY STAR where required.

Responsible Disposition

Decommissioned electronics will be processed through certified recyclers in accordance with federal environmental regulations.
